Hey Gusteen. Are you referring to an infobox? If so, see Template:Infobox for documentation. There's a fancier infobox that uses more advanced coding called a module, but for now just use Template:Infobox.
For example, if I wanted an infobox to have an image, and for it to have a description, I'd do this:
{{Infobox
|box title = Image title
|image file = Zoadra.jpg
|image size = 200px
|row 1 title = Row title
|row 1 info = Row info
}}
To make this appear:

|---|---|
|
| |
|
Row title
|
Row info
|
