Minecraft Mods in detail

I'm back!!! Here's a rambling about tale of a thousand crowns.

Tale of a thousand crowns is a massive mod introducing over one hundred biomes and many bosses, each with their own crown. Each crown will give you different abilities when worn. There is an option in the settings to turn on global crowns, so all players have the same set of crowns and increase it for the whole server. The crowns do not take up any space in the inventory and players can only have one crown equipped from an inventory. Any equipped crowns will be unavailable to other players in a Global Crowns world. After collecting all crowns, a massive box will appear above the other crowns, which can be clicked on to play a video of an eye gleaming before switching to a temple wall with a thousand holes, all shaped to fit the crowns. Side note, players can collect duplicate crowns, though it gets harder the more you collect. This way, you don't actually need to find all ONE THOUSAND CROWNS.
Collecting at least one thousand crowns is mandatory for completing the story, as one must combine the power of the crowns within the Temple of the Gods to summon Akzadius, the god of royalty.
Basically, the story is that you had a crown and something bad happened, causing Akzadius to go corrupt and infect the other Crown Keepers, turning them evil. In order to seal Akzadius back away and destroy this plague, one must get all one thousand crowns and place them upon Akzadius' altar, bringing him out so they can fight him and seal him away for good.
There were terraria, don't starve, Pikmin, Doom, Kingdoms (The game series), and Lego tie ins with this, too. They have their own biomes!

Here's a more in-depth description of Project Dakko.

This is more of a creative mod, less of a full on story. Basically, some alien scientists (Actually Dakko, but I'll get to that.) have created a serum that can take over and recreate one's body once it has entered their bloodstream.
There are four types of the bottle/syringe that the player can aquire.
Dakkan Strain A Phial - "Infiltrates the average creature's system and does minor damage." - Inflicts Dakkan I.
Dakkan Strain B Phial - "A slightly more aggressive strain of the Dakkan virus. It's less reliable but has good results when it works." - Applies Dakkan II.
Dakkan Strain C Phial - "There's a note on the bottle. UNSTABLE PRODUCT, NOT FOR GENERAL USE. Couldn't mean anything bad, right?" - Gives Dakkan III.
Dakkan Strain C- Phial - "This liquid is contained within an aged brownish bottle with tearing paper. The liquid smells very... Not great." - Channels "You're in it now." or Dakkan IV.
Each strain has many different ways it can work.
Strain A - Very quickly transforms mobs where their skin has some scales and they have slightly more draconic features. Doesn't work on bosses or higher level mobs like endermen.
Strain B - Transforms mobs at a normal pace, increasing the strength of Strain A. There is a 5% chance that the subject will become deformed and die soon after.
Strain C - Slowly transforms mobs, now completely changing them. There is a 60% chance that the subject will become deformed and die soon after. Also works on higher level mobs like endermen.
Strain C- - Very slowly transforms mobs, giving even more drastic changes than Strain C. There is a 90% chance the subject will become deformed and die soon after. This strain is an older prototype and makes the mobs much stronger. Strain C- also works on BOSSES.
This mod adds a whole new dimension, the Dakkan Labs Wormhole, which is its own block, too! It's a type of portal that can be found within broken down Dakkan Labs (new structure! 😯). The dimension contains endless rooms each with hostile Dakko guards and scientists. The scientists will attempt to use Strain D on the player, which will slowly transform them into a more dog-like character. It will also play a video over the death screen that shows the player getting hurled into a wall before the chemical is applied. The player's body will slowly transform until they are just a small dog-like humanoid. The guards will then pet the player and lead them to a massive empty room with glass walls. This event does take place in game, though it takes place in the "Dakkan Submission" dimension, which is full of those identical rooms that the player will be teleported to on death. (P.S: I have no idea if that's gonna work.)
Strain D is completely unobtainable by the player, but there are test chambers full of Strain D subjects.
I hope you liked that explanation!

Here's a rambling about Entity Ambience!

Different mobs make different sounds.
Minor mobs like animals and insects just play singular instruments.
Other mobs will play multiple instruments or have their own background theme.
Bosses has their own songs that completely overwrite other mob themes.

I hope you enjoyed that assessment! (That's pretty much everything lol)

Time to talk about Kingdoms!

Each Kingdom contains generally only one type of character, though players can modify this by increasing two kingdoms' relationship enough for them to fuse together.
Say the Packer Kingdom has Amazonians, or the Classic Kingdom has Villagers.
This mod does not have compatibility with CC (Community Crafter), and will force the player to choose whichever villager type they want upon entering the world. This is only given to the operator of the server when they enter.
There are many different character types (more to be added, too!)
Amazonians - just guess this one.
Villagers - Classic Minecraft villagers.
Fun Guys - Mushroom people similar to toads from Mario.
Elves - Height of Endermen, act similar to villagers but they use bows and magic instead of classic weapons.
Wintra - Snowfolk, that being snow golems and other snow characters.
Slims - Biologically male, feminine slime humanoids that can change gender at will. Yes, the LGBTQ slimes. Very friendly, too.
Kreeps - Sneaky creatures that take bushes and use them as hiding spots by carrying them around. They can be sheared for leaves, but the entire town will begin relentlessly attacking players who do so.
Demons - Fiery guys.
Angels - Ew. I'd get tired of DISCORD LIGHT MODE up there, wouldn't you? All you feathered freaks. Birds are better. (Yes I have a grudge on angels.)
Orcs - Very tough, but generally friendly. Most other Kingdoms see them as aggressive and are afraid of them. Orcs do the same damage of endermen with their bare fists, but never attack first.
Infected - Hated by most, these characters have infected themselves with a type of chemical serum that turns them a pale purple color. They are immortal in this state, only being able to die if burned alive or physically destroyed. You can actually find living, rotting corpses walking around in the Infected towns.
RiverFolk - Fish humans. (See undyne!)
And that's it for the time being.
Each character type has a different set of jobs that all allow them to work together. They also have different foods, economies, characters, and currencies.
I hope you enjoyed my explanation!

Now onto Mage's Expanse, the one I'm currently working on! (Besides another mod, which I made last night.)

You can cast spells.
Casting spells requires both alignment elements (alignment) and a spellbook. A player must choose what three spells they want to use, and then they will be on the left of the screen. By holding the "P" key, players can select which spell they want to use, or by left clicking while holding the book.
Spells require alignment. Alignment can be gained from the following.
Alignment can be gotten from destroying items at the Magic Workbench, a new block.
Alignment can be gotten from using XP at the Magic Workbench.
Alignment can be gotten from killing mobs with the "Extraction" enchantment on your weapon.
Please note that unrefined alignment is useless, and must be refined. Refining alignment takes a long time, though it can be sped up by Mana Flowers and Torchflowers.
You can make new enchantments!
Yeah there are new enchantments. These being things like the "Extraction" enchantment mentioned previously.
You can craft spell charges!
You must first get a Spellbook Scrap, which can be bought from Mages, the new villager type, or found in structures.
Spellbook Scraps have spells on them, which, when obtained, will immediately enter the player's Spellbook on the correct page.
Spell charges require Alignment to craft. Doing so causes the player to lose the alignment used.
Spell charges can be crafted from the Magic Workbench.
Do you dare turn on the Insanity setting?
There is an "Insanity" setting in the mod that adds a bunch of uncanny enchantments and spells. I have a page of spells next to me, and the Insanity spells are marked by an eye.
Insanity spells include things like All Smiles, which creates a smiley face that, although transparent, blocks the caster's screen for a short time and giving them strength IV. Or "Quick, Hide!" which puts the player in a cardboard box and makes them completely invisible and forces mobs to target other things. All particle effects on the player will vanish too. The box can be seen before it vanishes, but it doesn't take long to vanish. The player is also much slower in this state.
If you'd like to hear more Insanity spells or some normal spells, ask and I'll read them off.

I hope you enjoyed me talking about all of this!

Daaaang. This is SUPER cool. We should definitely do a fanon collab mod on this wiki. We have a lot of the same interests regarding mods it looks like. – A Friendly Amprat (talk)
It almost feels like I'm just a straight up younger version of you, lol. Also yeah we should. -F
YOU ARE!!! You're like a 10 year younger version of me. Or more accurately, you're 10-years-ago me. Let's do it. I'm working on Bloons Tower Defense Legacy right now but I'll come up with some ideas for our mod later. – A Friendly Amprat (talk)
