Hey Gusteen. Are you referring to an infobox? If so, see Template:Infobox for documentation. There's a fancier infobox that uses more advanced coding called a module, but for now just use Template:Infobox.

For example, if I wanted an infobox to have an image, and for it to have a description, I'd do this:

{{Infobox
|Box title = Image title
|Image file = Wraith.jpg
|Image size = 200px
|Row 1 title = Row title
|Row 1 info = Row info
}}

To make this appear:

Glubbfubb
No title	No information
