The Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle level editor is DLC released on September 31st, 2022. It comes with the season pass and is also available to people with Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope save data. It allows players to make their own stages for the game and share them online using an interface similar to Super Mario Maker, although optimized for non-touchscreen use.

Basic editing

When making a level, the gameplay style must be chosen before beginning and cannot be changed.

  • Singleplayer: 3 heroes, one of which must be Mario and one of which must be a Rabbid. Skill tree/weapons can be modified.
  • Co-op: 4 heroes, separated into P1 and P2. Skill tree/weapons can be modified.
  • Versus: 6 heroes, separated into P1 and P2. Skill tree/weapons can only be chosen from presets
  • DK: 3 heroes, those being DK, Rabbid Cranky, and Rabbid Peach. Skill tree/weapons can be modified.

Afterwards, the 3-6 starting hero positions are put onto a 10x10 (expandable up to 99x99 by dragging the corners) grid along with solid ground under them. A cursor identical to the one used for tacticam appears, which can be used to move elements.

  • Control Stick: Move cursor
