Pokémon Infernal Black and Pokémon Eternal White are the second pair tenth generation games. They are enhanced remakes of the fifth generation games Pokémon Black and White.

The games were announced on February 27th, 2029 during a Pokémon Presents Xbox Games Showcase. The paired versions were released worldwide for Nintendo Switch on November 19th, 2027. All copies of the game are playable in nine languages: Japanese, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese. These are the third core series games not to be developed directly by Game Freak, after Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and Pokémon Mind Crystal and Strength Moonstone.
