Place {{stub}} at the top of articles or {{stub|section=y}} at the top of sections that are considerably incomplete. This will alert editors about it so that someone can come along and add more information.
Articles with this template are automatically categorized under Category:Stubs, while articles containing section stubs are categorized under Category:Pages with section stubs.
